Fathers Day card

Hey guys! Sorry I've been MIA as I was busy with college admissions. So I was watching a lot of Youtube videos and I'm hooked on to thefrugalcrafters videos. She's amazing and I love all her tutorials. I wanted to make a Fathers Day card, so I decided to make this easel card which is from one of her videos. Also, I've used the origami technique for the words- DAD. You can find the online. Here are a few closeups of the card.

Linking it up to the following challenges:
1)Tic Tac Toe-Challenge 12 (I used the middle column-layers/dimensions-the word DAD,jute/twine-i adhered twine along with sequins to the bottom and painted them black, masculine)
3)Pile it on-old new and blue (Old things used are some twine from an old gift box and the paper is an old gift wrapping paper.New things are the blue star sequins and my new stamps from Itsy Bitsy which I have stamped on my background)
Happy Crafting!

  3. Love your paper folded card - great bluesy colour tones! Thanks so much for popping by and leaving a lovely comment, and for your interest in my work. There are usually pretty detailed instructions and step-out photos with my projects, but if you mean video tutorials, then I'm afraid they're not really on my schedule any time soon. I'm having enough trouble keeping up with regular crafting these days, sorry!
